Govt suspends its team involvement in the RCC, holds Houthi militia accountable

The Yemeni Government announced that it has decided to suspend the governmental team engagement in the Redeploymnet Coordination Committee (RCC) under Hodeidah agreement, holding Houthi militia accountable for this.
The Foreign Ministry stated in a statement Wednesday evening that the government has suspended its involvement in the RCC due to the continuing escalation by the Houthi militia that has taken the Hodeidah agreement and truce to mobilize and launch more absurd warfares.
In the statement the Yemeni News Agecncy (Saba) recevied, the Foreign Ministry blamed the Houthi militia for underminig the action of the RCC's head and members.
The satement indicated that the militia's violations and breaches are continuing in Hodeidah governorate, the most recent incident was on Wednesday as Colonel Mohammed Assoleihi, one of government's monitoring officers, was targeted by the militiamen while on duty in one of the monitoring spots.
