Yemen demands Australian government to revise its support mechanism

Yemen's Non-Resident Ambassador to Australia Abdulghani al-Shamiri demanded the Australian Government to review its support mechanism to the World Food Program to ensure going the assistances to needy people after Houthi militia sold them in black markets.
Al-Shamiri met with Director of Humanitarian Assistances and Non-Government Organizations RashilMuri on Friday, who expressed regret for deterioration of humanitarian situations in Yemen.
She said that her country is about to revise policies regarding humanitarian assistance within more accurate mechanism to help more needy people.
She confirmed that appointing a Yemeni ambassador to Australia will open doors for direct cooperation and coordination between the two countries, especially in humanitarian field.
