RIYADH - SABA
The popular protests that have swept most of Iran's provinces after the blessed uprisings (of Iraq and Lebanon) underline the predicament of the mullahs' regime in Iran and that Tehran is reaping the outcomes of its subversive policies in the region," Information Minister Muammar al-Eryani said.
"These developments have toppled the Iranian regime's plans to dominate the region and it is an inevitable result of Iran's failed policies which direct the (Persian) state's wealth in favor of its affiliate sectarian militias and subversive policies in the region," he told Saba.
He pointed out that Yemen will not be immune from the popular uprising witnessed by Iran, Iraq and Lebanon and its axis to confront the Iranian policies that have produced failure (internally) and chaos and terrorism (externally).
He said that the Yemeni people in the areas under the control of the Iran-aligned Houthi militia "will not stand idle and will soon join this uprising."
