In a statement, MASAM said their engineers removed in the first week of this November the landmines and other explosives the rebel Yemeni militia had planted in schools, houses, and other civilian properties in different parts of Yemen.
By landmines alone, the militia have killed and rendered amputees hundreds of Yemeni civilians including women and children since the beginning of the conflict in Yemen in 2015.
