Minister of Public Health and Population, the member of the Supreme Relief Committee Naser Baom launched more than 34 trucks loaded with medicines and medical equipment and nine ambulance cars to a number of provinces.

King Salman Center for Relief and Humanitarian Activities (KSrelief) provided the new aid.
Baom praised efforts of KSrelief and its leadership for providing humanitarian assistances to Yemeni people in all fields, confirming that these assistances worked on supporting health sector significantly.

In a press statement after launching ceremony, Baom made it clear that 14 trucks of relief aid will be sent to Aden and the Western Coast, pointing out that relief assistances arrived in Hadhramout and Mahra after sending assistances to Kataf, Sa'ada Province.

This batch of aid included the last batch of dialysis medication in 2019, he said, pointing out that the medical assistances provided from the center to dialysis centers covered all hospitals and health centers in Yemen this year.

He confirmed that KSrelief is one of the biggest supporters and financers to health sector in Yemen since the eruption of the war triggered by Houthi militia against Yemeni people.
