Governor of Socotra Archipelago Ramzi Mahrous held Wednesday a meeting with the security and military committee and director of health office in the province for activating plans for facing expected effects of Cyclone Kiyar and keeping citizens safe.
Mahrous directed maximum state of readiness and preparing health teams to be in a state of emergency.
The meeting touched upon formation of supporting and helping teams from volunteers in security and military committee to be deployed in fields for any possible incident.
