President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has followed up on the governmental services in Shabwa in a meeting with the governor of the eastern Yemen governorate Mohammed bin Edeiw here today.
Hadi and Edeiw also discussed the integration of the Shabwani paramilitary forces into the army who joined with the people of Shabwa in putting down the recent rebellion attempt by separatists.
Separately, Hadi also met the governor of Aljawf, Maj. Gen. Ameen al-Okaymi and discussed the latest developments of the army's battle against the Houthi rebels in the peripheries of the northern Yemen province.
Hadi said the government is determined to end the years long rebellion and restore the state institutions to allow Yemen to restore its role as a vital actor in the region and the world.
