Minister of Sports Nayef al-Bakri and the Deputy US ambassador to Yemen Juneid Munir discussed on Thursday the prospects of US-Yemeni cooperation in the field of sports and countering intellectual extremism.
The Minister thanked the US government for its support to the government in the battle with the Iran-backed Houthi coupists. He also appreciated the US rejection of the Transitional Council's rebellion in south Yemen.
