Yemeni, German officials discuss STC rebellion in Aden

Yemen's Ambassador to Germany Yahya al-Shoaybi and the Head of the Middle East Division at the German Federal Foreign Office Michael Ohnmacht in Berlin have discussed the rebellion by militiamen of the Southern Transitional Council.
The separatist militiamen captured the temporary capital Aden on August 11 and expanded to Abyan province to its north this week.
Al-Shoaybi affirmed that the rebellion damages the progress of political settlement and stability in the country.
The German official affirmed his country's support to Yemen's legitimate government, territorial integrity and security.
