VP meets Defense Ministry senior military commanders in Marib

Vice President Lt. Gen. Ali Mohsen Saleh met a number of senior military commanders in Marib on Wednesday. He met the Defense Minister, the General Inspector of the Armed Forces, the Commander of Joint Operations at the army and the commander of the Arab Coalition Forces in the province.

They together discussed the field developments and the army's scored advances against the Houthi militia. The Vice President conveyed the directions of President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi to keep up the process of institutional buildup and the military effort toward liberating the country from the rebels.

He praised the army's heroic performance and the brotherly support of the Saudi-led Coalition.

He also chaired a meeting held by the directors of military departments at the Defense Ministry.
