The government representatives discussing with Houthis the redeployment of forces from Hodeidah have highlighted the rebel militia's violations of the ceasefire deal bilaterally signed in Sweden last December.
During a joint meeting headed by Lt. Gen. Michael Lollesgaard, head of the U.N. mission onboard a UN vessel off the port city on Sunday, the government's representatives pointed out to the Houthi persist rocket shelling on the sites of the army and population centers in Hodeidah.
They stressed the imperative of finding an effective means to ensure the cessation of hostilities and correct the course of the deal implementation as per the Stockholm agreement and understanding between the Vice President and the UN Special Envoy to Yemen.
