Member of the Presidential Leadership Council, Lieutenant General Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Prime Minister, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Shaya Zindani received condolences this Friday evening in the temporary capital, Aden, on the passing of the late former President, Field Marshal and veteran leader Abd-Rabu Mansour Hadi, who passed away after a life filled with national, political and military service during pivotal moments in Yemen’s modern history.

Mayor of capital Sana'a, Saudi Ambassador discuss development programs

Minister of State, Mayor of capital Sana'a Maj. General Abdulghani Jamil met here Saturday with Ambassador of Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Yemen, General Supervisor of the Saudi Program for Development and Reconstruction in Yemen Mohammed Sa'aeed al-Jaber

The session aimed to discuss aspects of coordination and joint cooperation to work on a number of development programs and projects for reconstruction.

Jamil detailed al-Jaber on the situations in the capital Sana'a where Iran-aligned Houthi militia has caused wide scale damages to the state's institutions and public services facilities.

The Mayor voiced thanks and appreciations for the supportive stances of the Custodian of the Two Holly Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and his Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Saudi leadership and people in support of the Yemeni people in their struggle against Iran-backed Houthi militia's coup and Iran's scheme in Yemen.

For his part, the Saudi Ambassador stated that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and its wise leadership will continue stand alongside the Yemeni people and legality until putting down the coup and reinstate official authority.
