RIYADH-SABA
Spokesperson of Saudi-led Coalition Forces (in support of legality in Yemen) Colonel Turki al-Maliki announced Tuesday that 9 civilians were injured in a terrorist drone attack carried out by Iran-aligned Houthi militia on Abha international airport.
Al-Maliki quoted by Saudi Press Agency (SPA) as saying " 8 Saudi citizens and one Indian national were wounded and moved to the hospital".
Col al-Maliki added" The terrorist Houthi militia has continued to target civilians and civil facilities which are protected under International Humanitarian Law, since the militia claimed full responsibility for the terrorist attack through its media that it used drone to target the airport, this is plain confession that it is targeting civilians and civil facilities, which amounts to war crimes given that civilians and civil installations are protected per International Humanitarian Law".
