The Arab Coalition helping Yemen's government battle the Houthis has downed an armed drone that the coupist militia had launched towards the Saudi city of Jazan.

The Coalition spokesman Turki al-Maliki told Saba that the Coalition forces managed to intercept the drone "at 10:45 on Saturday evening."

"The criminal terrorist tool of Houthis is continuing to launch unammned drones to carry out hostile and terrorist acts against civilian and civilian facilities but none of these (Houthi) goals were fulfilled," he said, adding that the drones are often "destroyed and downed."
