An official source at Mareb Local Authority has confirmed that the meetings between Mareb leadership and consecutive leaders of the Central Bank of Yemen (CBY) in Aden discussed finalizing technical measures for linking Mareb's branch with the CBY.

Any insult to the governor of the bank at this critical stage aims at confusing economic recovery measures asHouthi campaigns targeting the governor of the bank unearthed consistence betweenHouthi militia and those who circulate such campaigns, the source told Saba.

The source confirmed that Mareb's leadership has worked since Houthi militia's coup on protecting the state's institutions, led by CBY's branch and national companies and the bank's branch worked on supporting provinces in Aden region, Saba region and Azal region, playing national role based on directives of president.
