President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council, said Saturday that the Yemeni state will not allow any flights to operate outside state authority, stressing that the Houthi militia has no option but to accept announced humanitarian alternatives.

Yemen participated in the 18th Environmental Ministerial meeting of the Regional Commission for Preservation of Marine Environment in the Red Sea and Gulf of Aden.

The gathering is held in the city of Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Minister of Water and Environment DrAziShoreim contributed to the discussions.

He touched upon the pollution of marine ecosystem, citing marine mines planted by Iran-backed Houthi militia as one of the most dangerous threats to marine environment.
