Minister of Social Affairs meets with Dept. Regional Director of ILO

Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Dr Ebtihaj al-Kamal met on Thursday with Deputy Regional Director of International Labor Organization (ILO) Frank Hagemann who is on a work visit to Yemen now accompanied by a delegation of the ILO delegation.
Discussions focused on the ILO's activities in Yemen over the previous years.
Conversations also touched upon topics relating to child labor, creating job-opportunities for young people including Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
The two sides underscored the importance of increasing the ILO's interventions in Yemen and establishing its Office in the temporary capital Aden.
