Prime Minister Ma'een Abdulmalik received Tuesday here Executive Director of Power and Energy Factories at Hyundai Motor Company Chung Yung and accompanying delegation and discussed with them Korean companies' help for improving service and power projects.
Yung acquainted Prime Minister with the company's activities and its future plans and reconstruction contribution in Yemen, as well as providing necessary development and service expertise.
Prime Minister praised deep-rooted relations between Yemen and Korea and continuous Korean support to the people of Yemen in different conditions and situations, including support to government of President Hadi, confirming that this support will continue to be appreciated by Yemeni government and people.
He pointed out that South Korea is active commercial partner to Yemen, indicating activation of economic partnership between the two countries.
He confirmed that the government will provide all necessary facilitations to Korean companies, pointing to significance of making use of available investment capabilities.
Prime Minister expressed hope of finding practical solutions to power plants' problems in Aden and improving their output.
For his part, Yung confirmed that the company will work on providing help to Yemen's development and service projects, pointing to readiness in participating in Yemen's reconstruction.
