Republic of Yemen has reiterated its principled stance in supporting the Palestinian peoples' cause and legitimate rights to have their own independence statehood.
Yemen's permanent representatives to Arab League Ambassador Riyadh al-Akbari participated in an emergence meeting held Sunday in Cairo by the Council of Arab Foreign Ministers in a response to a call by the Palestinian government.
Addressing the meeting al-Akbari said" No peace, no stability without getting the Palestinian cause settled down on the basis of the two-statehoods solution according to 1968 borders and establishing the Palestinian state with the eastern al-Quds as its capital and in accordance to Arab Peace Initiative".
