Defense Minister Mohammed al-Maqdashi pointed out to the importance of military adjudication in correcting irregularities and preventing corruption within the military institutions.
Presided over a meeting of chiefs of court martials here on Tuesday, he said noted that just and independent judiciary is one of the guarantees for building nationalistic military institutions. He emphasized the importance of quickly processing all lawsuits in court martials and implementing the law and due process firmly.
