President al-Alimi Declares Military Operations to Restore State Institutions, Take Control Over Entire National Territory
His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC) and Commander –in-Chief of the Armed Forces, announced today, Sunday, the start of military operations to regain the remaining lands of the republic, which are under the militias control, and to extend state authority and its institutions over the entire national territory, affirming the shift from the preparation and preparedness phase to the liberation phase after exhausting all chances for calm.

WFP allocates $18.4 million of Japanese contributions to Yemen

CAIRO- SABA
World Food Program (WFP) in Middle East and North Africa announced that it has allocated $18.4 million of Japan's contributions to help alleviating the Yemeni peoples' suffering.
It is important to mention that the Japanese government provided the WFP with above $36 million to offer food assistance to seven countries in the Middle East and North Africa.
The WFP's office in Cairo said in statement that major portion of the Japanese contribution will be devoted to Yemen.
