PM presides over meeting of Hadhramout officials in Sayoon

Prime Minister Maeen Abdulmalik presided over a meeting of the top local officials of Wadi and Sahara Hadhramout in the eastern Yemen province's city of Sayoon on Monday.
The governor, deputies and directors of local districts attended the meeting.
The meeting discussed the priority projects needed in the Wadi and Sahara in light of the fresh directives of His Excellency President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi to earmark YR 5 billion for service and development projects there.
The meeting stressed the imperative of maintaining security and stability in the different districts, tightening control on security checkpoints and connecting all districts to one security operations room.
The Prime Minister promised that the government will do its utmost in the period of time to come to secure a quality leap in service and development projects through re-activating the vital economic sectors, foremost of which is the optimal exploitation of oil investments.
