Sayoon University Rector Professor Mohammad al-Kathiri signed on Friday with Rector of Shuaib al-Dakali University Yahya Ghaleb a memo of understanding in educational and academic fields.

Yemen's Ambassador to Morocco Ezuddin al-Asbahi and the Rector of Saba University Professor Mohammad Noman and a number of accompanying delegation attended the signing.
