The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Yemen contributes to first international forum of higher education in Egypt

Yemen is contributing to the First International Forum of Higher Education and Scientific Research which kicked off its activities on Thursday in Cairo.
The three- day international gathering brought together some 2000 participants from different parts of the world including senor researchers, academician, rectors, accomplished scientists and high rank officials.
Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr Hussein Ba-Salamah headed Yemen's delegation to the gathering.
