Health Ministry discuss interventions of counterparts against watery diarrhea

The Ministry of Public Health and Population have discussed the interventions of counterpart organizations in fighting acute watery diarrhea and cholera in several Yemeni provinces.
In the meeting, the Deputy Minister for Primary Health Care Ali al-Waleedi called for re-opening the rehydration centers in the different provinces in coordination with the ministry's local offices.
He said that what is needed now from the counterparts is intervention in the fields of water, sanitation and hygiene and then therapeutical interventions.
