Yemen participates in preparatory ministerial meeting for Arab Summit

The activities of the Economic and Social Council Meeting have commenced on Thursdayon ministerial level for preparations for the 30th Arab Summit.

Yemen's Minister of Industry and Commerce Mohammad al-Maitami participated in the meeting, which has been presided over by Tunisian Minister of Trade Omer al-Bahi on Thursday here.

The meeting aimed at approving economic and social decisions of the Arab Summit in Tunisia and reporting to the meeting of foreign ministers to be held on Friday.

The ministerial meeting's agenda held earlier on Wednesday included report provided by the secretary general on Arab joint economic and social activities on last year summit held in Riyadh.
