BEIRUT-SABA
Yemen's Ambassador to Beirut Abdullah Adoais met Wednesday with the Lebanese Minister of Information Jamal al-Jarrah.
The session aimed to discuss Yemeni-Lebanese cooperation in media field.
Adoais expressed his disappointment that some of Lebanese parties devoted their own media to promote sectarian and provincial division, disseminating misleading news and reports in a bid to tear down Yemeni social fabric. Adding to that Hezbollah is hosting and supporting the two TV satellite channels Assahat and Almasirah which affiliated to the Iran-allied putschist Houthi militia.
The discussions also touched upon the latest developments in Yemen in view of Houthi militia's intransigence and rejection to the UN-led efforts to put an end of the war.
