Minister of Foreign Affairs Khaled al-Yemany has urged the diplomats under training to gain diplomatic skills for contributing in the Yemeni diplomacy's role for defending the homeland and its gains.
In his meeting on Friday with the foreign ministry's employees, who are training in Emir Saud al-Faisal Institute for Diplomatic Studies here, he pointed to Yemen's big ordeal represented in Iran-backed Houthi coup against the state's institutions and national consensus and repercussions of the this coup on political, economic, social and security levels, as well as threatening the neighboring countries and international navigation.
Subjecting employees to such training courses comes in the framework of the ministry's plans aiming at reforming the diplomatic institution and reorganizing the ministry of foreign affairs in Aden and diplomatic missions abroad, he said.
