The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. President receives US Ambassador on recent developments

President Abd-Rabbo Mansour Hadi received on Wednesday US Ambassador to Yemen Mathew Tuller and discussed with him recent developments in different domains in Yemen.

He pointed out to government's positive dealing regarding implementing of Stockholm agreement, which is being rejected by Houthi militia who- as usual- do not abide by any agreement or understandings serving the interest of Yemeni people.

President valued efforts of the US Ambassador and positions of US Administration supporting Yemen in different stages and conditions, as well as support of implementing the three basic foundations for peace led by UN Resolution 2216.

For his part, the US diplomat confirmed strong relations between the two countries in different fields, praising efforts of President Hadi for realizing peace.
