President receives US Ambassador on recent developments

President Abd-Rabbo Mansour Hadi received on Wednesday US Ambassador to Yemen Mathew Tuller and discussed with him recent developments in different domains in Yemen.

He pointed out to government's positive dealing regarding implementing of Stockholm agreement, which is being rejected by Houthi militia who- as usual- do not abide by any agreement or understandings serving the interest of Yemeni people.

President valued efforts of the US Ambassador and positions of US Administration supporting Yemen in different stages and conditions, as well as support of implementing the three basic foundations for peace led by UN Resolution 2216.

For his part, the US diplomat confirmed strong relations between the two countries in different fields, praising efforts of President Hadi for realizing peace.
