UA E to fund health protects in Hadramout worth 66million Dirham

United Arab Emirates (UAE) is going to fund a number of health projects in Hadramout province with total cost up to 66 million Emirati Dirham. The Emirati Ambassador to Yemen Salim al-Ghafli announced Monday at joint press conference held in Mukalla that the UAE will finance several projects in health sector within a grant ordered by Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed.

The projects include repairing , furnishing and equipping 7 medical facilities.

Governor of Hadramout Maj. General Faraj Al-Bohsoni who jointly held the press conference with al-Ghafil highly praised the Emirati generous support for Hadramout in different domains, citing the construction of Sheikh Khalifa's Residential City for those who affected by 2008 floods.

It is important to note that Sheikh Khalifa's City is consisted of 204 residential units.

Al-Bohsoni has already started Monday to distribute the residential units to the targeted people. Some 300 families are set to benefit from the housing project.
