Presidential Advisor Sayf al-Shareef discussed Sayf al-Shareef and the French ambassador to Yemen Christian Testot discussed reconstruction and addressing the effects of war that the Iran-backed Houthis have been fighting against the Yemeni people since 2014.
They discussed the outlines of the reconstruction plan which will cover all Yemeni provinces and stimulate the development process in the country.
