The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Planning minister meets officials on sideline of World Government Summit

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Najeeb Al-Awj has met several officials from several world countries on the sideline of the World Government Summit being held in Dubai. He met the Minister of Entrepreneurship and Information Technology and discussed cooperation and Yemen's learning from the Estonian experience in governance.
He also met the Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government of Serbia, the ex-President of Colombia, the President of Rwanda and the executive director general of the UN World Food Program and discussed with all of them issues of common concern.
