The Republic of Yemen has participated in the meeting for Permanent Representatives and Senior officials in the Arab League for preparations for Holding the Forth Arab Development, Economic and Social Summit here next Sunday.
The Head of Yemen's Delegation Riyadh al-Okboripraised efforts exerted by Saudi Arabia for making the third development summit successful.
He also praised efforts of the Lebanese government and people for good reception and organized hosted by Beirut for the fourth summit and showed Yemen's support to the suggestion of Mauritania for hosting the fifth summit.
The meeting approved the timetable, which included a draft resolution for supporting reconstruction and development in Yemen and a call for the Arab and donor countries to provide material and technical and financial support to the Republic of Yemen within integrative program contributing in reconstruction and economic and social development.
The draft resolution also include a call for member countries, financial institutions, Arab funds and organizations and donors to provide support to refugees and displaced people in Yemen in fields of training, learning and inclusive health coverage.
It also included support to employment and enabling programs, woman program support, rehabilitating youth and children recruited in the war by Houthi militia and providing humanitarian support to deserve people.
