President al-Alim Calls for Wide-Ranging National Alignment to Restore State Institutions, Eliminate Coup

His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC), Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces urged all Yemeni people to align themselves behind the State Proposal, support the Armed Forces in the security services in the ongoing battle to restore the State institutions and eliminate the coup. Minister of Local Administration—Chairman of High Relief Committee—Abdulraqeeb Fatah met Sunday with rotary Chairman of the Yemeni-Kwuaiti Relief Commission Shaqi Ba-adhim and General Director of Response Network Nabeel Al-Abassi.

Discussions focused on upon carrying out several projects including building and furnishing Motherhood and Childhood Hospitals in the two governorates of Aden and Abyan, building Community Colleges in Socotra and Taiz, building classrooms in the governorates of (Abyan, Lahj, Marib and Al-Jawf), furnishing six hospitals in Taiz, digging water wells in Al-Mahweat governorate and repairing houses in Lahj, Abyan and Taiz.

Conversations also touched upon second phase of water project in Abyan and continuation of relief operations to the province of Al-Maharah, western coast and several governorates.

The Minister deeply appreciated significant efforts made by the Yemeni-Kwauiti relief commission, highly praising generous support provided by the state of Kuwait to the Yemeni people in different spheres.
