Minister of Local Administration—Chairman of High Relief Committee—Abdulraqeeb Fatah met Sunday with rotary Chairman of the Yemeni-Kwuaiti Relief Commission Shaqi Ba-adhim and General Director of Response Network Nabeel Al-Abassi.
Discussions focused on upon carrying out several projects including building and furnishing Motherhood and Childhood Hospitals in the two governorates of Aden and Abyan, building Community Colleges in Socotra and Taiz, building classrooms in the governorates of (Abyan, Lahj, Marib and Al-Jawf), furnishing six hospitals in Taiz, digging water wells in Al-Mahweat governorate and repairing houses in Lahj, Abyan and Taiz.
Conversations also touched upon second phase of water project in Abyan and continuation of relief operations to the province of Al-Maharah, western coast and several governorates.
The Minister deeply appreciated significant efforts made by the Yemeni-Kwauiti relief commission, highly praising generous support provided by the state of Kuwait to the Yemeni people in different spheres.
