Governor of Hadhramout, the Commander of the Second Military Zones General Fraj al-Bahsani inspected on Monday the service projects being implemented in Hadhramout with support from the World Bank amounting to USD 25 million.
In a meeting with the Representative of the UN Office for Project Services Engineer Ahmad al-Maisari, al-Maisari revealed that the WB's donation will implement service projects in fields of asphalting roads, road surfacing and lightening, hospitals, solar energy, sewage, water, cleaning and ridding off hard wastes across Mukalla City.
Governor al-Bahsani thanked the WB for this donation, which makes breakthrough in development in Mukalla and solving environment problems in the capital of Hadhramout.
He confirmed readiness of the local authority and executive offices on providing different forms of support for facilitating implementation of the projects.
