The newly appointed governors of the governorates of Lahj Murad al-Halimi, of Abyan Dr. Mukhtar al-Rabbash and of al-Dhale Maj. General Ahmed al-Qubba took the constitutional oath today, Saturday, before His Excellency President Dr. Rashad a-Alimi, Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council (PLC).

Vice President hails victories of the National Army in Hajjah

Vice President Ali Mohsen Saleh has hailed victories accomplished by the National Army in Haradh and Hairan Districts within military operations for liberating Hajjah Province from Houthi militia.

Vice President made on Saturday two telephone calls with the Commander of the Fifth Military Zone General Yahya Saleh and the Commander of the First Brigade General Mohammad al-Hajouri for inspecting field and military developments in the province.

He valued support of the Saudi-led Coalition in fields of military, relief and humanitarian.

He urged the commanders on doubling efforts and continuous alert as well as inspecting fighters' conditions for finalizing the targeted plans.

The two commanders acquainted the Vice President with a number of issues associated with the region and provided details on the ongoing military process and field victories.
