VP, Marib governor review development efforts in Marib province

Vice President (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh met Thursday with Governor of Marib Province Maj. General Sultan Al-Arradah.

The session aimed to review efforts have been made by Marib local authority to speed up development and construction drive in the province.

The Governor reported to the Vice President about local authority's actions, achievements and plans. He cited underway efforts to improve basic services, maintain security and stability.

The Vice President applauded significant efforts of the local authority of Marib and the progress released in re-instating basic services and establishing security.

(Lt Gen) pointed out to the legitimate government engagement in new round of peace consultations. He stated that the legitimate leadership is interested in establishing permanent peace that is based on the three well known terms of reference embodied by the GCC's Iniative, its operational plan, outcomes of National Dialogue and International Security Council resolution 2216.
