Vice President (Lt Gen) Ali Mohssen Saleh met Sunday with Minister of Defense Maj. General Mohammed Ali Al-Maqadashi and General Chief of Staff Maj. General Abdullah Annakha'i.

Discussions touched upon military developments and efforts relating to building up the military.
The Vice President underscored the important mission that General Al-Maqdashi and General Annakha'I has been tasked with at this critical stage.

(Lt Gen) Mohssen urged establishing a professional military based on patriotic objectives. He said " It is very important to take the advantage of brothers' and friends' support to build up a professional army upon patriotic foundations" .

The Vice President also underlined the importance of joining efforts and working hard for gaining victory, ending the Yemeni peoples' ordeal. He highly expressed thanks for support by the Saudi-led Arab Coalition.
