Leadership Council Avows To Take All Measures To Prevent Violations of Yemeni sovereignty

The Presidential Leadership Council (PLC)held an extraordinary meeting chaired by His Excellency President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi, the Chairman of the Council, with the presence of all its members Sultan al-Aradah, Tariq Saleh, Abdulrahman al-Mahrami, Dr. Abdullah al-Alimi, Othman Majli, Mahmoud al-Subaihi and Salem Al-Khanbashi to discuss national and regional developments and the proposed policies to address them at all levels. President Hadi sends a cable of thanks to leaders of KSA, UAE

President of the Republic Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi sent a cable of thanks and gratitude to the leaders of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) and United Arab Emirates (UAE) for their unflinching support and noble stances toward the Yemeni people, making sacrifices in blood and treasures to help Yemen.

President Hadi deeply appreciated the KSA and UAE initiative to manage the gap in food supplies with total cost $500 million. This additional assistance is set to help as many as 10-12 million people in need.

The President highly praised great deal of support provided by Arab Coalition member states leading by KSA and UAE to the relief and humanitarian efforts in Yemen.

It is important to note that the KSA and UAE have generously contributed to the Humanitarian Response Plan of 2018 with above $1billion and 250 million.
