The Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Fisheries Salem al-Soqatri met today, Tuesday, with the Director-General of the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) Dr. Qu Dongyu, on the sidelines of the ministerial meeting of the 38th Session of the FAO Regional Conference for the Near East, held in Rome.

Deputy Minister of Planning and International Cooperation, Dr. NizarBasoheib, hassigned a basic agreement with Creative Associates Internationalin Aden on Wednesday.

The organization is working on programs for children education funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and other international donors.

Basoheibstressed the need to expedite the completion of studies of the projects of the UNICEF, and reiterated the readiness of the Ministry to provide all facilities to international organizations in the temporary capital.
