The General Authority of Civil Aviation confirms the need to obtain prior authorization to enter Yemen's airspace The Civil Aviation and Met. Authority, in the temporary capital Aden, confirmed that airlines, international organizations and operators must obtain a prior flight permission from the Authority to enter the airspace of the Republic of Yemen, as it is the official civil aviation authority of the country.

Government agreed to participate in Sweden' consultations

The government has announced that it will participate in the planned peace consultations scheduled to be held in Swede.

Foreign Ministry declared in a statement obtained by the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the government communicated to the UN envoy to Yemen Martin Griffiths " President of the Republic Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi has given instructions to support the UN envoy's efforts to hold the proposed consultations. Accordingly,the government will dispatch a delegation to engage in the consultations with the aim of reaching political solution to the crisis that shall be based on the three terms of reference including the GCC's Initiative, its operational mechanism, outcomes of the National Dialogue and International Security Council's resolution 2216.

In its statement to the UN envoy the government stressed the importance of pressuring the Houthi militia to react positively to the UN's efforts and engage in the consultations without preconditions.

The government also called on the UN and International Community to act firmly in case that the militia fails to show up or aimed to delay the consultations.
