Government condemns inciting campaigns of terrorist Houthi militias against UN staff
The Yemeni government expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the inciting campaign launched by the leaders of the Houthi terrorist militias against the staff of UN and humanitarian organizations operating in Yemen, which includes false accusations, in a blatant attempt to justify the militias' crimes against them.

VPpraises French support for government and peace efforts in Yemen

Vice President Ali Mohsin Salehpraised the role of France in supporting Yemen’s government and the efforts of the UN special envoy as he seeks to bring peace to Yemen in accordance with the three agreed upon terms of reference; The Gulf Initiative, the outcomes of the National Dialogue Conference and the UN Security Council Resolution no. 2216.

In a meeting with the French Ambassador to Yemen Christian Tetsou here onTuesday, the Vice President affirmed the keenness of the government under the leadership of His Excellency President Abd-Rabbu Mansour Hadi to achieve a lasting peace as the Yemeni people aspire in such a way that leads to ending the coup and restoring the state.

The Vice President briefed the French diplomat on the consequences the Yemeni people have suffered following the Houthis’ armed takeover of 2014, triggering of the war in 2015 and the abuses against the people from violence to the looting of public resources and foreign humanitarian aid donated to the people.
