The Republican Decree numbering 74 for 2018 appointing Abdullah al-Sa'adi as Extra Ordinary Ambassador and Representative of the Republic of Yemen in the United Nations in New York issued on Saturday.
The second article of this decree stipulated that the decree is effective since its date of issuance and shall be published in the official gazette.
