The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Aden Governor inspects service, income -generating institutions

Governor of Aden Ahmad Salem Rabi' inspected on Thursday a number of income-generating institutions and service facilities here.
He visited the Custom Building of Aden Free Zone, where he heard from the Director of the Custom YahyaQahtan on allocating land to the trucks for avoiding crowds.
He also visited the Operation Room assigned for distributing Saudi oil grant on the power plants in the province.
He was acquainted with the process of distributing oil on the plants in Aden, thanking the Saudi leadership for this grant.
He also inspected the location of the new power plant project in Huswa and the level of accomplishment for kicking off the project.
