Yemen, Arab Friendship Association strengthen cooperation

Yemen's Ambassador to Turkey Abdullah al-Sa'adi and the Head of Arab Friendship Association Mahmoud al-Barraq discussed on Thursday strengthening cooperation.
Ambassador al-Sa'adi valued the role of the Association for boosting relations between Arab and Turkish peoples, confirming deep relations between Yemen and Turkey.
He reviewed situation developments in Yemen and efforts of the government for normalizing life in liberated provinces, pointing to suffering of the Yemeni people over Houthi rebel militia's coup against the state and the war it wages on the people.
For his part, al-Barraq pointed to historical and cultural ties between the Yemeni and Turkish peoples.
