The Kuwaiti Fund for Arab Economic Development signed Thursday a Grant Agreement with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) worth $1.2 million to contribute to the rehabilitation and maintenance of homes for displaced persons in Yemen.

Final arrangements to re-instate Police College in Hudramout discussed

Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Interior Eng. Ahmed Almaysari met Thursday with leadership of Police College in Hudramout Province.
The meeting included Director of Police College in Hudramout Brigadier Salim Modaihej, Deputy Director Saleh Attamimi, Deputy Finance Director Colonel Sa'd Salim and Senior Lecturers Colonel Mubark Azanm.
The discussions focused on final touches of preparation to re-open the Police College in Hudramout after the facility had been rehabilitated, refurnished and equipped with necessary requirements.
The Minister underlined the importance of reinstating the Police College in Hudramout to contribute to training the police personnel in the province. The College is scheduled to be inaugurated in January 2019
