President al-Alimi Warns Houthis Against Continued Escalation
Chairman of the Presidential Leadership Council President Dr. Rashad al-Alimi has renewed his warning to the Houthi terrorist militias against continuing their escalation and gambling with the interests of the Yemeni people in pursuit of the Iranian regime's agenda, stressing that the group's destructive course will only further drain the country's resources and will not alter Yemenis' determination to end the coup and restore state institutions.

Yemeni-Chinese friendship relations discussed

Yemen's Ambassador to the People's Republic of China Mohammed Al-Mekhlafi met Monday with deputy general director for west Asia and north Africa in the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries Li Hai.

Al-Mekhlafi's conversations with the Chinese officials touched upon the situations in our country, first of all humanitarian circumstances in light of ongoing warfare and natural disaster of Luban tropical storm which hit Al-Maharah province recently.

He cited the grave damages caused by the natural disaster to infrastructure, public and private-owned properties.
The Ambassador expressed great of hope of Chinese People's Association for Friendship that it will seek to get Chinese authorities humanitarian, medical and relief assistance.

The Chinese official celebrated deep-rooted relations between the two countries, affirming the Association for Friendship always supports Yemen. He stated that it will utmost effort to offer necessary assistance.

Secretary General of the Chinese Association for Chinese-Arab Friendship and Official of Peace and Development Fund in the Association were in attendance .
