Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research Dr. Hussein ba-Salama discussed on Tuesday with the Rector of the University of Aden Professor al-KhadherLaswar issues of Yemeni students abroad, internal scholarships and application terms to the dispatched students.
The two parties also discussed opening the program of sending students abroad, which has been stopped with exception to the top ten students.
Ba-Salama revealed efforts being exerted with rectors of Yemeni government and private universities for discussing issues associated with academic and research process and projects of improving academic and scientific programs, as well as updating curriculum.
The President of Aden University confirmed significance of exerting efforts for solving problems of scientific sections for improving academic and research performance.
