Minister of Endowments and Guidance Dr Ahmed Atiah met Thursday with the Lebanese Minister of Information Melhem Riahshi.
During the meeting latest developments in the Yemeni arena were discussed.
Dr Atiah briefed Riashi on the legitimate government's efforts aimed to put down the coup and reinstate the official authorities.
Atiah stated that media outlets have a key role to play in promoting tolerance and coexistence.
For his part, the Lebanese minister renewed the call for establishing one single Arab satellite channel to operate as a mouthpiece of All Arab counties.
Separately, Dr Atiah met with the Sheikh of the Druze sect in Beirut Na'eem Hassan.
Yemeni Ambassador to Beirut Abdullah Adoais attended the meetings.
