Taiz governor, CARE discuss humanitarian aid priorities

The Governor of Taiz Ameen Mahmoud and team from the international humanitarian agency CARE discussed priorities of humanitarian aid in the war-torn city of Taiz and the aspects of cooperation to address them.
Mahmoud informed CARE team that the urgent needs of Taiz are water, food, sanitation, health and cleanliness.
He appreciated CARE's ongoing projects in the city and said the local authority will help facilitate the work of the organization.
He directed the branch office of the national Higher Committee for Relief Aid to coordinate and cooperate with CARE as they exercise their mission.
